With the wide cutting board made of steamed beech wood from Fackelmann, meat, vegetables and fish can be cut much better. The shapely board has a size of about 38 x 30 cm, is gentle on the knife and provides the ideal basis for cutting vegetables, meat, fish and other foods. In addition, thanks to the practical juice groove and the grip hole, you can catch any escaping liquid and simply pour it off. But the robust board is not convincing when it comes to cutting and carving: It is heat-resistant for hot pots and pans and can therefore also be used as a trivet. After use, you can hand wash it.
