Shipping policy

We only deliver to addresses within Jordan.

Orders placed on weekends (including thursday), holidays, and peak seasons might be delayed beyond the regular delivery schedule.

Orders typically arrive within 1-3 days depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Delivery Address cannot be changed after placing the order, but you can ask for a change of address by giving us a call on +96279 8888 098 or emailing us at info@wholeandall.com before delivering your order. If you choose to do that, though, remember that it may delay the delivery.

Delivery is free on orders of JOD 50 and above (Except for same day delivery). If your total order value is less than JOD 50, you will be charged 3 JOD for delivery. Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery usually occurs between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, however it is possible that your items will be delivered later than that. If you are not available, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a new date and time that is convenient for you.

We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you'd like us to deliver to multiple addresses, send your purchases as separate orders to different addresses.
