Emile Henry Large Oval Oven Dish

The Large Emile Henry Oval dish, with its elegant, generous lines, is ideal for family meals. The HR® ceramic (High Resistance) diffuses the heat evenly and right to the centre, for cooking gratins, tians and roasted meat. The ceramic maintains the heat for longer, so the dish keeps the contents hot right until the end of the meal. The large capacity also allows to cook large quantities, but it remains easy to manipulate thanks to the large handles. Resistant and durable, it can be used in the traditional oven, under the grill, and also for reheating in the microwave.

Care & Maintenance

This piece is made from Emile Henry's Flame or HR ceramic and can go from freezer to oven to table. Let it cool slightly before placing it in water to avoid thermal shock, and use a soft sponge with mild detergent when hand washing; it is also dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive scouring pads, which can dull the glaze.

Warranty

This product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects under Emile Henry's 10-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental impact, or normal wear.
