The intelligent FMprofessional measuring device determines the core temperature of cooking food in order to determine the optimal cooking time. The high-quality processed stainless steel thermometer impresses with a large display (diameter approx. 6 cm), which, in addition to the number of degrees, also shows the optimal temperature range for the common types of meat beef, veal, pork, lamb, poultry and fish. The measuring probe, which is around 13 cm long, is inserted in the middle of the food and immediately provides information about the core temperature. Thanks to the safety glass and the heat resistance up to + 230 °C, the roasting thermometer can remain in the meat or fish until the optimum cooking temperature has been reached.
