Our ridged Pizza Stone is unique cooking tray made from refractory ceramic. It allows you to make delicious pizzas with golden, crispy crust. Your pizza will be perfectly cooked, just like in traditionnal pizza oven. For best results, preheat your pizza stone before placing your pizza on the hot stone. The ridges on the stone allow air to flow under the pizza, helping to create crispy crust. The raised edge prevents the pizza from sliding off the stone while placing or removing it with pizza peel.You can therefore bake multiple pizzas, consecutively. The large handles make the pizza stone easy to remove from the oven and serve directly on the table. It will keep your pizza hot right through the meal.

Care & Maintenance
This piece is made from Emile Henry's Flame or HR ceramic and can go from freezer to oven to table. Let it cool slightly before placing it in water to avoid thermal shock, and use a soft sponge with mild detergent when hand washing; it is also dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive scouring pads, which can dull the glaze.
Warranty
This product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects under Emile Henry's 10-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental impact, or normal wear.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
