Made from HR® ceramic (High Resistance), it diffuses the heat to cook right to the centre, even with the most dense mixtures. The highly resistant glaze is perfect for everyday use, and does not scratch when cutting directly inside the dish with knife. The Rectangular Tart Dish can be used in traditional and microwave oven, and is dishwasher-safe.

Care & Maintenance
This piece is made from Emile Henry's Flame or HR ceramic and can go from freezer to oven to table. Let it cool slightly before placing it in water to avoid thermal shock, and use a soft sponge with mild detergent when hand washing; it is also dishwasher safe. Avoid abrasive scouring pads, which can dull the glaze.
Warranty
This product is guaranteed against manufacturing defects under Emile Henry's 10-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental impact, or normal wear.

Returns Policy
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
