Im writing to share my review of “CONTIGO SNAPSEAL BYRON VACUUM INSULATED STAINLESS STEEL TRAVEL MUG 470ML” - SKU
2095558 which I bought from WHOLE AND ALL -Cozmo 7th circle 3 weeks ago
The said item is supposed to keep drinks hot for 6 hours, and comes with a one year warranty.
After using it a few times, my coffee kept getting cold so fast (within 2 hours) . I visited the shop to report the case and hopefully get are replacement. But, was informed the item needed to be tested and that they would call me back within 72 hours.
6 days passed without any updates, when I followed up , the employee told me over the phone he would double check and call me back. On the 7th day, another employee called me , and claimed they tried calling me twice on two separate days and my phone was out of reach (despite that I was receiving call EVERYDAY and have no notification of unreceived calls) . He also told me that the product was not faulty.
He said it was tested 3 times and the liquid stayed hot for “12 HOURS” . (although it’s officially meant to conserve heat for 6 hours)
I confirmed my frustration, explained that my phone was reachable at all times, and that such measurement couldn’t be accurate!! I don’t want my travel mug back, and don’t want a replacement either. But, want to share my experience with this store!! They tell you items are under warranty but never admit faulty items
My family and I were loyal customers to WHOLE AND ALL but certainly, will NOT continue to be..
